Grant Funding for Smaller Land Owners and Managers

This workshop will provide an overview of the current grant schemes for land owners and managers, mainly focusing on the Sustainable Farming Incentive 2024 and how to access funding for environmental improvement. Looking at what the most popular and relevant options might be for small landowners as well as a step by step walkthrough of how to apply. This will be followed by a question and answer session.

Sylvie Pearson is a farm adviser for Cornwall Wildlife Trust, as well as an independent consultant, working with farmers on a range of projects in West Cornwall including involvement with Farming in Protected Landscapes, Farm Cornwall, Natural Flood Management and pollution prevention projects. A lot of her time currently is spent helping farmers decide their options for environmental payments and helping them to apply. Sylvie is on the BASIS register as an accredited environmental adviser.
